Apartment Review for Windrift - Oceanside, CA

I have been here for a year now! I enjoy the Gym very nice, however the unit has the cheapest of everything and the painted bathtub is peeling away, I have just given my 30 day notice and am concerned as to whether the poor quality of the bathroom and kitchen will cost me out of my deposit. All the vandalism has concerned me, I don't feel unsafe however I do feel my car is definately not safe. I have not had the same problems with my neighbors, the only neighbor that is at all a bother is the older man next door who blasts his music at night and has young half dressed girls (over 18)walking into his apartment daily. There are the occasional screaming matches I hear from other units however I have been lucky all the people in my unit are very normal. I would not say dont stay here I just feel it is a bit over priced for the quality of the units. The Maintenance staff is very friendly!
