Apartment Review for Windrift - Oceanside, CA

I have been living here for about 6 months and I just can't wait to move out! First of all, the quality is definitely not worth the amount they charge your for rent. Sure they have all of these new "great" amenities, but it's really only to hide how sh*tty this place really is. The first couple of months were fine, but then it started getting bad. The pipes bursted and we our water was turned off and on through out a couple of weeks, which is understandable...but after they fixed it, the plumbing in my bathroom is now either piping hot or freezing cold! It took them 2 weeks to complete a maintenance request on our w/d, they would say that they would come on certain days and wouldn't show up! I thought that since i would be paying more rent and a "luxury" apt homes i would at least feel like i was getting what i payed for, but that is certainly not the case. I have lived in other complexs for way less and have gotten better service that this hell hole. So this is just advice for you people that are still browsing... stay away from this place and don't be lured in by they're schemes of what a great place this community is. Sure they have a rock wall, gym, theatre, etc... there are other apts out there that have these amenities and for about the same price.. stick to those which are probably worth the money.
