The last manager was pretty tough, but this new one is a lot more diplomatik. But like the old one, he does walk around at night to check on things. Nicer guy, but still firm. Moved in a few weeks ago. Apartment in great condition. I like the fact that the parking is unasignd. No fights when someone parks in yer space. My last place was a dump and really loud. Joyce & the new guy promised me that this place would be real quiet and they were right. Rents are super cheep!  Need to rent an apartment?
