The manager keeps the complex running like a well oiled machine. The complex is consistently quiet, well maintained, and in general I have an an excellent experience living here. The apartments are located just on the end of a residential and non-profit commercial (churches) area, sitting along oceanside boulevard. Close to both public transit and the 5 and 78.  Need to rent an apartment?
