Apartment Review for Villages Of Monterey - Oceanside, CA

Where do i start...we moved in at the end of Dec. and we were robed 2 days after we moved in. We told them they said we arnt responsible and we asked where there security was they said don't know don't care basically. We are never able to have friends over because at 10:01 every time we would get called on. We pay CRAZY rent for crap! Iv had my water shut off randomly and we pay our water with rent. Id call the office they would say "oh we had to shut it off for workers" yet they would never let us know. We have come home and had workers in our house using our electric and the office let them in with out calling us and asking, they said We tried to call so your electric bill is not our problem. Our brand new street bike was STOLEN and they said we dont care. AND we were unable to get into our parking because BOMB SQUAD, SWAT, POLICE AND FBI were 5 apartments down from us trying to work out a gang problem and drug deal problem. And the office never wrote us and said thank you for understanding and working with them. The office staff is rude and will do anything to get you in and then screw you over. I have asked other people and they said they have had their cars either stolen, broken into or parts taken off their cars here. 7 of our friends have gotten their bikes stolen. Im glad im out of there! Never ever ever move in! They dont care about the kids around here at all. The workers look into peoples houses all the time. Its the worst place ever.
