Where to start , gym equipment broken for month's you have to fight the high school kid's who jump the fence and destroy equipment all while running circle's around their joke of a security company. Garbage disposal and drainage are a serious problem , these are run down and way over priced buy a home for what you pay in rent here.  Need to rent an apartment?
