These are not a few disgruntled people look at the reviews of every website the Villages of Monterey has terrible review dating back to 2006. They care nothing about their residents they charge you extra for almost everything and assess killing late fee's when you are down and in a difficult situatin. Furthermore my childrens well being has suffered due to them not screening thier applicants properly in my opinion. These are troubled times and when I explained I had been laid off and couldn't pay extra Month to Month fee's of $150 they basically want to kick my family of 5 out. 1620 for a small roach visitied apartment? in Oceanside? They are cold they are without feelings they are in it for money and you are an inmate at the Villages of Monterey.
