Apartment Review for Villages Of Monterey - Oceanside, CA

I lived in these apartments in 2004, I always kept the place up however at the end when it was time to leave and they decided to keep my entire deposit and not to mention ask for more $$, this mind you after everything they tried to charge me for at the end I had already went over with the Management when I moved in and yet still they charged me, in fact they cahrged me for things I didn't even know existed. Don't move here they scam you!!
