I lived here 7 months. Noisy neighbors all the time, the pool/spa was never locked on time or at all so plenty of late night drunken sneak ins to keep you up. and that doesnt count the couple we caught having sex in it. You can forget about your deposit too, we requested a initial inspection, the manager and I signed it, yet it never happened. After we moved they sent us a bill for cleaning, although we left the place looking new. Dont park your car without an alarm either, mine was broken into twice. Good Job Patrol serivice! way to look out. The high school speakers are loud enough to echo across the street too, wich is great if you like to listen only to football games or outdoor dances. Overall this place sucks, loses its charm after about a month. due to the issues. as for the staff, one of them looks great and is nice. The rest really let their in experience and greed to suck a dollar out of you show through. By the way ALL my enlisted homies. They fail to honor the Soldier/ Sailer act also. E7 USMC Staff Seargent and friend of mine was made to pay an additional month after he shipped out, his place (across form mine) was rented in 3 days! Best of all it smells like decayed bodies in the air from the city dump around the way. Silverfish bugsathe time, and the sink smells like swamp water. Ok 'm Done- Be warned - Dont move here -
