I live at Villa Del Mar and love it! It is a great starting place. My husband and I pay under 1000 for a one bedroom which is rare for this area. The only complaint I do have is the office manager Patty Troublefield, she is a wench and everybody who lives here will tell you that, if she was gone this place would be even better!  Need to rent an apartment?
