Apartment Review for Villa Del Mar Apartments - Oceanside, CA

I lived there for about 1-1/2, and it was great the first six months. Management is a disaster and not very helpful or frinedly. Especially the manager Patty Troublefield, she's not comprehensible at all. Its either her way or the highway! My car got broken into, and all they told me was "Talk to security, here's the number." My neighbors car got broken into about 3 times while I was there in his car port. My other neighbors car, was stolen from his carport. They raised the rent for no freaking reason. They would always give you an excuse like, lighting bills have gone up, we added lights on the car ports. Obvioulsy that didn't hlep anyhting. Now i moved out, I spend about a two days cleaning the apartment, carpet, walls and they're still billing me!!!! This apartments suck! I would not be surprise if management or MANAGER worte the reviews below. Sounds more like an advertisement then a review!!! Please owner, do your job, get in there and see what's happening. You need new management, if you dont want to keep lossing residents. By the way, the time i was there(1.5yrs), I had about 8 new neighbors.... Does that tell you something???? Not a place you can call home!!!!!
