Apartment Review for Villa Del Mar Apartments - Oceanside, CA

This place is the worst dump in Oceanside. The staff are ignorant, retarded, and lack the managing skills needed to run this complex. Patty troublefield, the manager is a trouble maker. She is hard to work with. There are drug deals, vandalism, stolen cars, loud music/parties, loud crazy kids, and all sorts of illegal stuff going on here. But she harrasses the people that stay to them selve's and are quiet, good tennants. She needs an attitude re-ajustment big time. The police are always here, and her staff always quit on her because of her attitude towards nice people. The apartments are nasty and old, and need to be fixed up big time. The expect to much money for crappy lilving conditions. My apartment would always have something break or fall apart. DO NOT COME HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
