Apartment Review for The Villages Of Monterey - Oceanside, CA

My neighbors had there bike stolen and the office hasn't done anything to midigate the theft problem. If you are in the military this apartment is not military freindly. They try and drain as much money as they can out of Marines and saliors as long as they can and barley keep to the Soldiers and saliors act. We have tried to break out lease because my wife and I are buying a house. We were told that it would be 1800.00 dollars, which we were fine with. A week later we came back with our 30 day notice and was told that higher management changed there policy and that we would have to pay rent tell november or tell someone rents the apartment. We recieved no notice of this change.
