When I lived there in 1986-1987 it was a great place.I still miss it.my happiest memories where there,going thru a divorce and had alot of girlfriends that Loved it also.managers back then were very nice and let me pay a few days late if I asked them.I did hate the parking.kind of hard to park when I was so drunk.but never had any problems with neightbors everyone was quiet.  Need to rent an apartment?
