Apartment Review for Sunterra Apartments - Oceanside, CA

well for the past two weeks there hasnt been a steady flow of hot water...and tonight none at all! No one is in the office after 6:00pm so its not like anything is going to be done about it...how are we supposed to shower?!! The paint in our bathtub is peeling off...yes paint...the complex likes to just paint over anything, and for the past week there has been people here re doing the roof...but they are leaving debris all over the place! All over my balcony! It isnt safe...any strange person can just drive into the "gated" community...because they have been leaving the gate open. There are loud barking dogs at night, and tons of loud parties and people screaming down the hill...on the houses on Marvin....im so glad that our lease is up soon, and we wont be signing another one with this place.
