Apartment Review for Seaview Apartments - Oceanside, CA

I lived here for 3 years, and of course it is a beach community, so the types of people you get varies! The manager Donna at the time I was there was great, at trying to accomodate our needs. It was the upper management that sucked and did not support her, in trying to make this a better community! She could only work with what they gave her which was very little to begin with. I admire her in changing and getting rid of all the troublesome tennants who did drugs and alcohol. To me and my wife, we never beleived once all the rumors and gossip that these wierd and mentally ill tenants were saying. It is agreat place to live, but Donna, couldn't descriminate when it came to moving in these wierd and gossipy tenants who had no life of there own! My wife and I appreciate all that she did for us, and the community. Donna you will never be forgotten as the one who gave Seaview Apartments its first Face Lift! God Bless you and yours.
