Apartment Review for Sea Bluffs - Oceanside, CA

The jerks that work here will be all nice and smiley to your face while you live there and then hit you with a insane damages bill when you leave and be like tough s**t. My apartment was perfectly clean with NO damage whatsoever after living there for only 4 months and they stuck me with a $350 damages bill. We never even allowed shoes in the house for christs sake! This place is a scam! Real nice living there but moving out was like pulling teeth! Its so funny how they'll charge you for new paint and carpet when theyre tearing it all out to remodel anyways. sounds a little fishy huh?
