they overprice their Water, sewer, flushing toilet, trash. for only 1 bedroom apartment. plus everything is not that great.there is one secretary or whatever she is in the front office is not that well train and doesn't quote u the right amount please don't fall for this one Run as fast as u can don't lease u will regretted  Need to rent an apartment?
