Apartment Review for Presidio Del Oro - Oceanside, CA

While the complex/grounds are beautiful and my apartment was gorgeous, the rent went up at least 10% every year and the maintenance guys were useless. The Management blatantly tried to rip me off by erroneous charges when I left. When I called her on the carpet, it was clear she was used to dealing with inexperiences renters in their 20s so was quite embarrassed she'd been caught. I got all my money, only because I didn't take her word for it. The convenience of the location is NOT worth the high rent, or the hassles you WILL experience, believe me!
