Apartment Review for Presidio Del Oro - Oceanside, CA

The management here is so rude. The receptionist could not act more antagonistic if she tried. They are only nice to you when you first move in.

The parking is a country mile away from my apartment. I don't mind the distance, but when you shlep groceries inside, having to go up 56 steps (yeah, 56) is a hassle. I cringe everytime that I think about moving and dragging my furniture to the car.

Speaking of cars, my car has been broken into 3 times, and it's not even a nice car. The parking lot is dimly lit at night and I've been approached by thugs one night in the parking lot.

The main reason I moved here was because the gym seems so nice. In fact, all of the treadmills and excersize bikes are broken. The 'handy men' ripped the AC unit out of the gym and bolted the windows shut. If you need air to work out then don't do it here.

I can't wait for my lease to expire.
