Maintance sucks, they never come or don't fix it right. NO security! my car got broken into the first day a moved in, neighbors are unfriendly, my dog was stolen, and you pay for everything: water, trash, electric, sewage, and writting the owner will not do any justice. I wrote 3 times.  Need to rent an apartment?
