Apartment Review for Presidio Del Oro - Oceanside, CA

We chose this apartment for various reasons, and I should have looked farther before moving in. Our car has been broken into twice, the storage doors on the end of building are broken into, then fixed a WEEK later, then broken into again, and if anything ever needs fixed in your apartment it will generally take another week maybe more for maintenance to come fix it. Our sink leaked, and our electricity breaker blew over and over. A friend of ours lived here and had something wrong and allowed maintenance in to come fix it when he wasn't home and came home later to find stuff missing. The only noise you usually get is from kids running around and playing, which is fine, but when you go to swim and theres small ones in the hot tub or pool alone, thats a bit ridiculous...its the parents fault, but Presidio should prevent it. Our electricity isn't usually high (but its only on a few days a week if its on at all), but there's just to much drama and headaches from this complex. We won't be signing another lease...
