Apartment Review for Ocean Vista - Oceanside, CA

These apartments are horrible. I lived there for a while and had mold the entire time. When I told the Manager about it he said it was from the shower and he would send someone over with some bleach. The Manager himself Mario Felix is a scumbag. He acts like you are bothering him when you ask to have something fixed. it took 3 months to get a new refridgerator. They installed low flush toilets which they claim they were forced to do by the city of Oceanside. Mine leaked for 2 months before they were finally able to fix it. I agree with the previous writer about the high crime rate. Tony is awesome and the only bright spot at this horrible place.For the prices they charge they should provide much better service. There is a $75.00 fee if you are couple of hours late with your check and another $75 for a NSF check. Daylight robbery.? maps.google.com
