Apartment Review for Oak Leaf Apartments - Oceanside, CA

First let me start by saying that when the old manager was there until 2008 everything was taking care of quickly .i.e. maintenance problems, loud and unruly Neighbors, But when the new manager arrived everything started going downhill, It's like the new manager does not even properly screen the incoming tenets anymore. Now This place houses the most disgusting and unruly people you would ever meet in oceanside. The crime problem is out of control such as the drug dealers that live on the property, vandalism, harassment to Neighbors, this place is so called gated, but even the local bums know the code to enter the property. If you value you family life and sanity you will steer clear of this dump....
