Apartment Review for Mission Hills Apartments - Oceanside, CA

Upon moving out I noticed that I was charged 450.00 for broken refrigirater. After further research it was an error in the paperwork. They fixed it in a timely manner however, I'm concerned for the younger military personnel who may or may not watch their finances as closely. I have read reviews from other military personnel and thought their are two sides to every story but after my experience I will be asking the base legal and or base housing to recommend that military personnel not rent from Mission Hills Apartments or any other Esexx owned property. I believe the word needs to be put out formerly from Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton that this is not the best place for military personnel until Essex ensures that they employ professionally trained personnel to mananage their properties. Until I can get the Base Commander to have the two aformentioned organizations put something in writing I will say to all military personnel moving into the area do not rent from Mission Hills Apartments in Oceanside or any other essex property.
