Apartment Review for Island Club Apartments - Oceanside, CA

Lots of guest parking but people that have covered spaces like to park in the open parking. Lots of young military so noise can be a bit of a problem. Pet rent is added here and it's a rip off! But community is really safe and grounds are immaculate. Kitchens are small but patios are spacious. Also top apartments have vaulted ceilings. Price is similar to Villages of Monterrey. We pay about $1256 for the largest 2b/2b and it includes a W/D and our monthly pet rent. Had some probs with management, picky because they wanted one check for rent instead of 2, but I have a roommate situation...after I explained this they still expected me to give them one check...yeah right!
