Apartment Review for Island Club Apartments - Oceanside, CA

Not bad at all. ive been living here for a few months now they are fine apts. Very clean when we moved in. office staff was nice. I have NOT seen any bugs, rats, roaches, etc. in my apartment. We had a small problem in our apt. and maintenance came that same day and fixed it, which was great! now things i dont like. Parking kind of sucks! your assinged one but ours isnt too close to our apt. and i wish the complex had more light post outside it can get really dark outside i think its a safety issue. noise level is good. just depends on your neigbors. oh another thing walls are thin because i can seriously hear when my neighbors turn on there water for anything. try it out dont listen to the reviews they arnt bad at all seriously. At first i didnt want to move inn because of the reviews but came and saw they are fine. Be real there isnt any aptarment that is going to be the "PERFECT" one. Island club is great.
