Apartment Review for Island Club Apartments - Oceanside, CA

Overall as I have lived here, my impression of this place has hit a all time low. The contracts are non-existant, management is abrasive and the quality of the housing leaves much to be desired. Also there seems to be a large amount of hate and discontent towards the lighter race. I'm afraid to walk to my car without getting jumped by a group of african americans or hispanics begging for money and the occasional illegal substance. I did not appreciate the comments of "cracker" and "ghost" as I walk my dog. Also the asian group tends to lick their lips as I walk my dog, which makes me uncomfortable as for the safety of my furry friends. Overall I'd say my stay here has been rather unusual and uncomforting and disturbing as far as how people live in california.
