Apartment Review for Island Club Apartments - Oceanside, CA

I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone. It litterally smells like dog shit. Our toilet kept on getting clogged up and it took them over two weeks to fix a leak in our bathroom over the shower. The parking is horrible, somebody is always parking in your stall. Plus maintence tracked dirt on our carpet while fixing ur bathroom and said that we would get our carpets cleaned for free, but its been over three months and no carpet guy. I think I would rather go somewhere else and pay a little more for rent then live at island club. I lkeasing office is so nice when you want to rent from them and then you do and they aren't so nice anymore. I also noticed that the leasing office is full of skanks, even my husband said that. Please go somewhere else and rent and at least get your moneys worth. And one more thing, they say that they have a pet policy with a breed restriction, don't believe them. There are pit bulls everywhere and other dogs that are on the list that are not suppose to be on the property.
