Apartment Review for Island Club Apartments - Oceanside, CA

I have only been in Island Club since sept but my husband has been here since march. And neither of us wanted to say to finish out our lease. But we had no choice. We had one of our cars broken into and trashed. While out neighbor has had his car stolen twice and broken into altogether 3 times and his bike stolen as well. You can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in every apartment that touches yours. And some of the people are very rude about their music at 5 am. you can always hear when someone turns on any water source. I personally don't like knowing my neighbor is taking a shower. The staff is lazy and incompotant. (sorry about spelling) They refused to fax my tenant record to the place we are planning on moving to and threw away the request. We had to have the new place send it 3 times before they finally did anything. They may seem friendly but when all you want to do is your laundry and you have to wait for them to be open so that you can put money on you stupid card so you can use the machines it's rediculous. If I had only known. DON"T DO IT!!!!
