Apartment Review for Island Club Apartments - Oceanside, CA

We were told this complex was friendly and quiet before we signed our lease. We moved here from out of state. We have lived here for 8 months, and can not wait to move when our lease expires in June. There are punks and gangbangers everywhere. Our downstairs neighbors beats his wife in between hits on his bong. Our other neighbors are gay, and recently, a hispanic family, which housed 7 people in a one bedroom apartment, were evicted because their kids were pulling flowers and trees out of the ground and throwing them on cars. There is white trash all around as well. (for those of you who think we are prejudice. This place is a crap-hole with a smoke screen at the front gate! Stay away.
