Apartment Review for Eaton Gardens - Oceanside, CA

I have lived at Eaton Gardens for two years now and I will be sad to say good bye as I take on a new place closer to my children's school. The landlord, Diane Soval has been absolutely wonderful to me and my children during our stay. The best part about Eaton Gardens is her attempts to keep it a quite and calming environment to come home to; whether its the lush landscaping or her choice in great tenants. It's a place I have recommended time and time again.
