Apartment Review for Eaton Gardens - Oceanside, CA

When we lived at Eaton Garden apts. we couldn't even open up our dining room blinds in fear Diane would be spying on us. She would always interfere with our life's. She even would tell us how to run our life. She never paid for our new carpet. We had to pay $500 for it and she told us it was security deposit. I even asked her how much the owner paid for carpeting the apartments and she told me it was around $700. So the owner only had to pay $200 out of his pocket and we basically paid the majority of it. We even painted the apt. ourselves and paid for the paint also. She charged us 50.00 extra just to rent a garage when it should of been included in the high rent. I know for a fact that she would evict anyone she did not like. She got rid of all the families that had kids. She is nothing but a money hungry, crazy woman. I had tons of termites in my apt. It was so bad there would be hundreds in my kitchen light fixture. They would burrow holes out of the kitchen walls onto my spice rack. I had ants non stop all over the kitchen. The plumbing was horrific. The mold on the windows was even the worst. I'd have to bleach the windows all the time because of the mold. I had the worst mold in my bathroom where I had to bleach the walls. It was terrible. The place sucks for the price. But moreso, the woman who is a disgrace to the human race!!!!!
