Apartment Review for Eaton Gardens - Oceanside, CA

I have had a few run in's with the manager and really believe she needs some Mental Health sessions(committed). She has entered apt's without permission while tenants are at work. She doesn't give back security deposits when the apt's are in fine condition. She charges tenant to paint and clean the carpet for the next renter moving in( is that even legal)I would think those are things that have to be done to get apt ready to rent. Yes if there is damage to walls ect. tenant should be liable. She makes up new rules all the time . I know she has screwed lots of people out of their security money. I am ready for her. I also so believe Eaton 699 Limited who owns the property has got to know the mental state of the manager Diana. She won't even let the people who want to put in a complaint to the owners (his # is (858-755-8887) well I guess he will know why the apartments are empty for so long.And why people move out so often. Please call and put in your complaints and hopefully he'll send her packing
