Apartment Review for Eaton Gardens - Oceanside, CA

I lived here with my wife and our baby for two years. Diane, the property manager, is by far the most unprofessional, verbally abusive person I have ever had to deal with. I could go on for days about the things she tried to pull while we lived here. The apartents themselves are old, and infested with ants. Plumbing is a serious issue, we had the upstairs toilet leak into our kitchen and it took two days for the landlord to get plumbers into our place. Her live in son does all of the maintenance and repairs. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I would suggest to the owner that this property manager get replaced.
