Apartment Review for Eaton Gardens - Oceanside, CA

Older apartments with lots of character-I lived in the original buildings up in front by the street. The rent was very reasonable, particularly considering it's only about 10 min walk to the beach. Neighbors were really nice and quiet. I could hear people upstairs from time to time, but that was ok. Large trees and nice landscaping, and the handyman was a really friendly attentive guy. My little fix-its got done within a day or so. Diane was always friendly and easy for me to deal with, I'd live there again, no question.
