Apartment Review for Eaton Gardens - Oceanside, CA

My main priorities in a place to live are low cost and no noise, which is why I've stayed here for going on 3 years. I rarely hear anything outside my apartment, and you can't beat 1000 square feet for $1100 a month anywhere this close to the beach. As for the complaint below, the building manager isn't unfair at all and isn't "picking on her", she's responding to MY complaints about the woman below, her obnoxious friends, and her bogus handicapped plate (which has mysteriously disapeared...). Anyway, it isn't the nicest place I've ever lived, but for the money it's nice enough, and with one exception the neighbors are very quiet.
