Apartment Review for Eaton Gardens - Oceanside, CA

Talk about a woman with a little bit of power and not a whole lot to do during the day. Diane Soval is awful. She walks around, looking for reasons to harrass tenants. She invents noise complaints. She has harrassed me numerous times about my VALID handicap placard, which I DO use (if i didn't need it, why would i have it, right?). She just randomly calls me cell phone to nag to about my litter box, parking, etc. Our toilet leaked out into the hallway and somehow it was MY fault for not catching it sooner. I am very regretful I signed a one year lease. This woman is making my life miserable.
