Apartment Review for Eaton Garden Apartments - Oceanside, CA

I have lived here many years and the place has always been quiet and serene. Wonderful for meditation. The apartments are spacious and floors and appliances are in good condition. The management staff are helpful and friendly. Service is prompt. The surroundings have lovely trees, shrubs, and flowers. There are many places to sit and have coffee. Great parking on premises and much off street parking. The apt complex is near beach and restaurants. I can even walk to Carlsbad. Management has upgraded the complex making sure it is clean and neat. Laundry facilities are available.
