I have lived here for going on 10 years. It is one of the best places I have lived. Good neighbors, people are considerate of each other. A quiet building, close to the bike path and the ocean, in a nice area of south Oceanside. The staff is friendly and helpful. I like it here.  Need to rent an apartment?
