I loved it, If some one parks in your parking spot yes they will be towed. There are a couple of irresponsible adults that live there and are bad renters but there are people like me and my husband who know how to keep things up and be good neighbors. I give the place an A out of an A+. My only problem was parking.  Need to rent an apartment?
