There are vandelizing teens around frequently. There is no security even though you will be paying for it ( they tell you there is security but it's really just somebody who lives in the complex that they pay nobody supervises him and he usually sleeps all night and they still pay him. Complex is always noisy, no matter what part you live in it's basically guaranteed that somebody will bother you and the management doesn't care they won't post warnings.
