Auto was broken into twice living here,, contacted Oceanside Police and they advised me to move, this place and the Las Brisas down the street have been high crime areas. Apt complex IS ONLY required to provide "reasonable security" which is in the form of lighting. Property stolen off porch, broken glass in the lot almost every weekend.  Need to rent an apartment?
